KATO defends her title ; Jo-ryu Oza

The 5th  Jo-ryu Oza sen 5 games title match


The  6th  game  of  the  Jo-ryu Oza sen  title  match  between  KATO Momoko  and  ITOU Sae  started  9:00 A.M. (JST)  , 6  January  2016 ,    at  Shogi Kaikan , Sendagaya Shibuya ku  , Tokyo .

5:21 P.M. (JST) , KATO  win  the  game . Then the score of this match becomes   "KATO  3 -(1)-- 2 ITOU" , and  KATO  succeeded to defend her title ; Jo-ryu Oza .

Both players opened their each Bishop line , ITOU  closed  her  Bishop line immediately . KATO  moved  up her right  Silver  with 2...S-6b  and  shown  she selected  Ibisha .  ITOU  also  selected  Ibisha  with  3.G4i-5h ,  and  the  game  advanced  to a  line  of  Yagura .

They  once  made  Hidari-mino gakoi ,  and  developed  them  to  Yagura gakoi .  They  made their  each  attacking  form  and  ITOU  started  attacking  with  24.P-3e .

After  exchanging  Silvers  ,  ITOU  droped  her  Silver  with  29.S*8c  to  attack  KATO's  attacking  form  .

Replying  to  ITOU's  attack  ,  KATO  moved  up  her  Bishop  with  31...B-3c  and  directly  aiming  ITOU's  King .

Capturing  Pawns  ,  ITOU  turned  her  Rook  and  tried  to  attack  KATO's  camp  from  the  left  side  ,  but  KATO's  attack  reached  ITOU's  King .

After  106  moves  ,  KATO  won  the  game  and  she  defend  her  title .
